Billing Information

  • Billing Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail)
  • Shipping Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail)
  • Billing Information (Name on Card, Card Number, Card Type, and Expiration Date)


The shipping address is required in order to ship your order; the e-mail address is used to send your receipt and tracking information; the billing address is needed to verify the identity of the cardholder; and the phone number is necessary so that we can call you if there's a problem with your order.

 

Shipping and Handling

Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers to fulfill their delivery schedule ZZIZ is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays by our couriers.

Note: You DO NOT have to submit your credit card information or make any commitment before seeing and agreeing to your shipping charges.

Note: Any changes made to the delivery addresses after shipment will result in a $13 Correction Fee. If the correction will result in the package going to a different state, customer will be responsible for the Correction Fee plus the cost of Shipping.


All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. In case the product you selected is on backorder, you will receive immediate notification and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute the backordered item for another item or cancel the order. All orders go through an address verification system in order to protect our customers and the company against fraud. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being under fraudulent activity.

 

Question: What currency are your prices being quoted in?

Answer: All pricings are quoted in USD only.

 

Question: What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We are currently only accepting paypal and credit card payment.

 

Question: What is your return policy - Return For Refunds?  Answer: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  Custom made items cannot be returned.  Returns needs to be in resellable condition.   Custom made items such as Personalized items or Pew Bows cannot be returned unless item is damaged upon delivery or misspelling due to a mistake made by zziz.com Open item returns – Items returned that are no longer in resellable condition will be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.  To test a product, please only open 1 item to test first before opening all quantities.  Used items will not be accepted for return.  Please review contents of order immediately after receiving. If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within 3 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you ASAP

 

Question: Are back order/sold out dates accurate?

Answer: The date of arrival of an item that is out of stock or out of stock is the estimated date.Products from China, by sea or air transport.This means that although we have a typical delivery time, the actual arrival time is unknown.Many factors may affect the actual arrival date of the goods to the products, such as the time of transportation, the time of customs clearance, etc.Therefore, the listed goods arrival date is only an estimate.

 

NOTE:
*If after reviewing your order, you realize that the shipping address you’ve provide is incorrect (wrong zip, city, street number, etc) or missing info (such as apt#, suite#, etc), and the missing delivery was caused  by this incorrect or missing info, you can let us know as well.  In most cases, as a courtesy to our customer, we may be able to offer to send a replacement to your corrected address by splitting the cost 50/50 of the order.
